The Lakehouse comes with with canoes, kayaks, yards games & bonfire pit on site for your entertainment. Relax on the patio with our outdoor furniture in the private yard or fire up the BBQ grill, all available to maximize your fun. Our home also has smart TVs integrated with fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. Set the vibe with a integrated Bose surround sound system. Each bed has a high-quality mattress with new clean bedding so you can sleep in comfort each night. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed with en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bedroom 4: 1 Bunkbed w/ Queen on bottom Single on top The resort style bathrooms offer walk in showers in the en-suite and a steamer shower in the hall bath. Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00\. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please clean up after yourself. We loved the house and all of the thoughtfulness used in supplying so many baby supplies. Just sitting in the house or on the porch, viewing the wildlife was a delight. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the accommodations provided, from so many floats for the water to an extremely well stocked kitchen. We didn’t realize the garage doors were operated from inside the house and got assistance with that quickly and all was well. We would return in a heartbeat. ##### Tonya P. It was clean and a nice size for our family. The view of the water was lovely. The panels that control the lighting in the kitchen / dining areas seemed to be on the fritz, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, we had a great stay. ##### Megan G.
