Great location as we could walk out the door on to main street to hear all the bands. The only issue we had is that for this property, you have to park in the public garage, which is very close....but during Kool Deadwood nights PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. You are able to park for 20 minutes to unload/load vehicle. I think any of the other 51 weeks of the year, parking wouldn't be an issue but Kool Deadwood nights city wide parking issue during this event is a nightmare.
