The complex offers six bicycles for your convenience, allowing you to explore the nearby attractions. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 5-room villa on 2 levels that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The spacious and cozy furnishings include an entrance hall with a separate WC, a large living/dining room with a veranda featuring an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining table, and an exit to the garden and terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The upper floor consists of 1 double bedroom with a double bed (1x180 cm, length 200 cm), and 2 rooms, each with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). There is also a shower/WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include heating, a large terrace, a large garden with terrace furniture and deck chairs, providing a beautiful view of the garden. Additionally, there is a sauna, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Reserved parking is available within a fenced area suitable for 3 cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, equipped with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. Furthermore, there is an additional shower in the garage, which can be convenient after a day at the beach.
