Situated on the second floor, just 50 meters from the seafront, this beautiful duplex apartment is perfect for 2 people. Accessible only by stairs, the apartment offers a unique combination of space, modern comforts, and plenty of natural light. It’s the ideal retreat for a peaceful holiday by the sea. The stylish open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the spacious living room, featuring stunning views that extend to the top floor. The bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, provides an oasis of tranquillity. Located in the heart of De Haan, the apartment is close to local attractions such as the charming beach, nature reserves, and bicycle paths, perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings. With its contemporary décor and excellent location, this apartment offers a spacious and bright holiday home, combining comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay by the sea.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
