The house is about 1 km from the beach. Built in the "Belle Epoque" style, the village of De Haan offers hiking trails through natural dunes and forests, as well as the prettiest beach promenade in Belgium. Or do you fancy sunset rides or kite surfing? The city of Bruges, just 12 km away, is the most beautiful city in Belgium with its picturesque old town center. With the tram along the Belgian coast you can reach all important places like Ostend, Knokke, Nieuwpoort, Blankenberge, ... Our detached holiday home can accommodate 6 people (there is an additional cot). It was completely renovated in 2017, including the kitchen and bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1 with optional single beds). The kitchen has a large induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and is fully equipped. It is quiet and the garden offers a terrace with a grill. A parking space is available directly at the holiday home. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is not too far from the center of De Haan and the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet. This house is also very good if you travel with dogs. All the home comforts. Fantastic kitchen , great bathroom , the shower is brilliant. Property very clean. The beds were so comfortable.we are now going to buy one of the mattresses from Ikea. Property is in a great position. 2 supermarkets 5 mins away. Centre of town 10 minutes walk. Beach 20 mins walk. Tram 15 minutes walk. Very quite area we all slept very well. Perfekt ist die Nähe zu den 2 Supermärkten Aldi und Comarkt, auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. De Haan hat mir sehr gut gefallen, nettes Städtchen, schöne Häuser und Strandpromenade und alles fußläufig. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 15 - 20 Minuten, wir waren immer ein Stück neben der Promenade dort gibt es schöne Dünen und der Strand ist riesig und weitläufig- top! Brügge ist ganz in der Nähe und absolut sehenswert, Brüssel hat uns auch begeistert und es wäre noch vieles mehr zu unternehmen gewesen, deshalb komme ich bei Gelegenheit gerne mal wieder. ##### Ilona K. Apr 26, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Schlechtes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.Die Lage war zwar toll und das Haus von außen so wie auf den Bildern, von innen jedoch teilweise unterirdisch.Wir fahren schon seit ca. 15 Jahren min. 1x pro Jahr nach De Haan, aber so etwas haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt.Es ist alles ziemlich abgenutzt / abgeranzt, es war sehr schmutzig und auf Nachrichten wurde weder per Fewo noch per Email reagiert.Die Bettdecken hatten alle Flecken, eine Decke hatte undefinierbare Hinterlassenschaften (vermutlich erbrochenes), die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer hatten Schlitze von einem Messer o.ä., in der Küche waren überall Krümel / Fettflecken / Abdrücke / Restkapseln in der Kaffeemaschine, die Topfuntersetzer / Backofenhandschuhe waren total schmutzig und das Besteck / die Kochlöffel alt und angelaufen, Schmutz / Essensreste / Haare im bzw. unter dem Bett, ein Fenster im DG ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen, die Klobrille war lose und total vergilbt und zudem waren überall in der Küche / im Essbereich Ameisen.Für fast 200 pro Nacht war dies wirklich unterirdisch und auf unsere Anfragen / Nachrichten/ Hinweise gab es bisher immer noch keine Reaktion. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend aber trotzdem sehr zentral. In ca. 500 Meter findet man bereits den Aldi und in wenigen Gehminuten ist man auch schon im Ortskjern von De Haan. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und es fehlt einem eigentlich an nichts, es ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Betten ( haben zwar nur in einem Zimmer ausporbiert) sind sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ##### Monika C. Leider wurde das Haus bei Anreise in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand angetroffen! Die Vermieterin hat sich trotz umgehender Kontaktaufnahme erst fast zwei Tage später dazu gemeldet.Weiterhin fehlten Teile der beschriebenen Ausstattung für den Außenbereich (Liegen/Sonnenschirm) , so dass der Außenbereich fast gar nicht nutzbar war. Auch hier war die Vermieterin trotz mehrfacher Kontakte nicht in der Lage vollständig für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Bitte ausreichend Kerzen mitbringen 😂. Die Terrasse besitzt nicht mal eine Außenbeleuchtung, so dass man nach Sonnenuntergang im stockdunklen sitzt.Für ein Haus dieser Preisklasse hatten wir doch etwas anderes erwartet. Aug 26, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nettes ruhiges Ferienhaus Das Haus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage (Villa Park II); innen drin ist es mit offenem Treppengelände schön hell und ansprechend ausgerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne, abgeschlossene Gartenbereich, wo wir abends grillen und mit unseren zwei Kleinkindern ohne Gefahr von Autos spielen konnten. Der Sauberkeitszustand war ausreichend, aber leider nicht top (z.B. Haare in den Schubladen; Wollmäuse, Staub, Spinngeweben sowohl unter den Betten als auch an der Badlampe; Fußmatte voller Hundehaare). Der Grillrost war auch total verdreckt und fettig. Dringend zu empfehlen sind aktuelle Touristeninfos. als auch klarerer Infos. über Müllentsorgung und den richtigen Code. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben sehr üppig - es fehlte quasi an nichts (bis auf die leeren Batterien der Küchenwaage :-) ). Der Check in hat super geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist rundherum mit einer hohen Hecke vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt. So dass man genügend Privatsphäre hat. Kleine Reparaturen wären sinnvoll (Türschloss muss man von innen abschließen..., Gartentor muss mit einer Holzlatte fixiert werden, damit sie zubleibt, Decken sind teils vergilbt, kleine Löcher in den Vorhängen, manche Gläser und Schüsseln abgeplatzt...) Keine großen Mängel aber könnte mal erneuert werden. Würden trotzdem wieder in das Haus. Sehr positiv: die dichte Hecke um den kleinen Garten mit Rasenfläche. Unser Hund konnte im Garten sein, aber weder in die Nachbargärten noch aus dem Grundstück raus. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Schlüsselübergabe im Ort und gesamte Abwicklung völlig reibungslos. Es liegt in einem ebenfalls sehr gefpflegten kleinen Park mit ähnlichen Häusern und bietet auch einen Pkw Stellplatz direkt am Eingang. Zwei Lebensmittelmärkte befinden sich fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, haben alle hilfreichen Informationen genaustens schriftlich erfasst und direkt bei Buchung mitgesendet, stehen aber auch telefonisch für Anfragen zur Verfügung. Voll ausgestattete und moderne Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Wohn- und Schlafräume modern und stilvoll möbliert. Große (Regen-)Dusche und schöne Sonnenterrasse mit Garten und Grillmöglichkeit. Entgegen mancher älterer Bewertungen war das Haus sehr sauber und ohne Hundehaare. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass sämtliche Fenster und Türen mit Mückenschutzgittern ausgestattet sind !!! So konnten die Plagegeister draußen bleiben. Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge erlauben wir uns dennoch: 1\. Die Terrassenmöbel sind zum Entspannen nicht geeignet. Hier wären (wetterfeste) Loungemöbel dringend zu empfehlen. 2\. Für deutschsprachige Urlauber stehen nur 3 Fernsehsender (ARD, ZDF, RTL) zur Verfügung. Das Angebot sollte vergrößert werden.
