The "La Bella Vita" is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 40 square meters. It is suitable for accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. The living/dining room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, a digital TV with international channels, and a flat screen. There is one double bedroom featuring a double bed of the same dimensions as the sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The bedroom has an exit leading to a balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The property has a separate shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available to keep the apartment warm and cozy. Other amenities include a hair dryer, complimentary WiFi internet access, and a reserved parking space (A12).  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a small balcony with furniture, providing both south-west and north-east facing positions. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers installed, making it suitable for families seeking a safe and comfortable vacation.
