Environnement calme et boisé, appartement fonctionnel et confortable, accueil par le personnel d'Interhome très sympa et efficace. Nous apprécions DeHaan depuis des années, mais n'y étions jamais resté dormir. Expérience à renouveler. ##### Patrick D. Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Judith S. 22 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Mängelanzeige Der Aufenthalt war ok! Zu Beginn hätte ich mir mehr Information zum Erreichen der Unterkunft gewünscht. Ich bin mehrfach herumgefahren, da ich keinerlei Information bekommen habe, dass ich durch die Schranke durch mfahren muss und diese mit dem Schlüssel öffnen kann. Dies musste ich selbst herausfinden. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass dies nur die Ausfahrt sei.Dort angekommen, war die Unterkunft sehr heiß und das Wasser war abgestellt. Eine Information über das abgestellte Wasser habe ich erst auf Nachfrage von dwr Vermieterin erhalten. Dann stellte sich am nächsten Tag auch heraus, dass die Heizung die ganze Zeit voll aufgedreht war. Es war draußen bereistmmts um die 30 Grad. Am nächsten Tag musste die Sicherung ausgeschaltet werden, um die Heizung überhaupt auszuschalten. Dies dauerte aber auch wieder 24 Stunden bis die runtergekühlt war. Der Fernseher funktionierte auch erst nicht, welches dann mit der Heizung behoben wurde. Dazu ist auch das Eisfach im Kühlschrank defekt. Dies schließt nicht und war bei Ankunft mit Zeitungspapier vollgestopft. Und als letztes sind auch 2 Lamellen von dem Lamellenvorhang defekt. 1 davon lang bei Ankunft schon auf dem Boden. Die 2\. habe ich selbst immer wieder befestigt. Zudem wuede in der Anzeige angegeben, dass der Pool ab dem 16\. Juni geöffnet ist. Dieser war aber geschlossen und wurde nach Arbeiten erst am 19\. Juni geöffnet. Bei diesen ganzen Mängeln, gehe ich davon, dass sie mir ohne eine weitere Mängelanzeige preislich egen kommen. ##### Judith S.
