The modern residence "Caddy" is a two-story vacation rental located in Vosseslag, approximately 3 km from De Haan aan Zee. Situated on the outskirts of De Haan, it is conveniently located 500 m from the sea and the beach. The residence is equipped with central heating and has public parking available within 50 m.

For those interested in water sports, a marina is located 12 km from the property. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby 18-hole golf course, situated 1.5 km away, while families can visit the minigolf course, which is 3 km from the residence.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment on 2 levels at "De Zeegloed". The spacious and bright accommodation was renovated in 2012 and features modern and cosy furnishings. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a separate WC, a living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, international TV channels, and a flat screen, as well as access to the balcony. Additionally, there is one room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a large, open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. The upper floor houses 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a bath/shower.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with various amenities to make your vacation comfortable. These include a dishwasher, heating system, microwave, television, and a maximum capacity of 4 guests. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Additionally, there is a hair dryer, free WiFi internet, and reserved parking for 1 car at the house.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment features a large balcony with south-west and west facing positions, furnished with balcony furniture, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that it is a non-smoking property, and there is a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher on site. However, it does not have an elevator. The accommodation is suitable for families and is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient stay during your vacation.
