Cozy apartment on the seafront with a frontal view of the sea. Spacious living room with dining and sitting area. Balcony on the seawall. Semi-open well-equipped kitchen. Rear bedroom with 4 sleeping places. Bathroom and separate toilet. 1st V with elevator. Internet and digital TV. Carpet-free. Parking space at the back of the building (small car)  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
