Please know that while the beach ramp is fully complete, there is a cone in front of it because it's not yet ADA compliant. They have to re-pave the sidewalk in front of it in order to make it flush. Opus has said guests are welcome to use it in the meantime. For those in mobility devices, there is still a public access point just a couple of minutes away. Being located in a great neighborhood just south of International Speedway Boulevard, makes this a prime location in Daytona Beach Shores. Spectacular sunrises over the ocean and river set the stage for your dream vacation! Welcome to Opus where gourmet kitchens accompanied with luxury furnishings compliment the stunning views of the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean. Opus Condominiums are known for being luxurious and have great access to amenities on premise such as an oceanfront heated pool, hot tub, club room with billiards, fitness center, and lavish meeting rooms. 6' garden tubs, over-sized balconies, and under-building assigned parking all secured with the serenity of virtually soundproof walls. A superb package of luxury amenities make Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex. The airy and open living room has a large, Smart TV and luxurious leather furnishings. The entire open living and dining space is located along the side of Opus providing a lovely, side ocean view. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliance and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This condo even includes an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience! Step onto your private balcony to take in gorgeous views of the Halifax River and city. Because the unit faces west, it's the perfect place to catch sunsets every evening. On the side of the balcony, the ocean is also visible. The primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' garden tub. The second bedroom has two full beds and the third guest bedroom has a queen bed. The cutting-edge living room has a 50" TV with a complete entertainment center. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Location is great. Some views of the ocean. On the street side but very quiet. Keyless entry everywhere was very easy to manage. The building and parking garage felt very safe and secure. The property manager was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival and always responded promptly to answer any questions. We were disappointed that the pool was still under construction but understand it was damaged during a hurricane. We did know this when we booked but held out hope it’d be completed in time. Coming from cold/snowy Michigan our kids were bummed out that they had no where to swim unless they swam in the ocean which they didn’t like. Overall a really good experience! ##### Stacy B. Property manager got that figured out, was expecting to swin in the pool, no luck as the property is being renovated. Our jacuzzi tub did not work and we were not helped with that at all. Location was great, amenities were great other than no phone line. Being out of country we were unable to use our cellphones and a land line would have been nice for making reservations. The air conditioner had some issues so we walked through soggy carpet 5 days out of 7\. They just added Freon really did not fix anything. Everything was clean but could have used a little more cleaning. I think they just need to slow down a bit and do a better job. King size bed in master was hard as a rock I thought, I had to go buy a mattress topper so I wouldn’t wake up with a stiff back. My wife said she thought it was fine but not for me. 301 is not oceanfront but you got ocean views from north and south. Either way it’s right on the beach and you can just walk out back right onto the beach. I like the fact that there’s codes on all doors and there’s a puttputt right across street. Overall the rental was good except for ocean rental property not having our opener or packet in box on sat when we arrived at 1030pm. All we wanted to do was just go to condo and chill but had no opener to open garage door to park one of our vehicles. Since it was Saturday they said we’d have to wait till Monday to figure sumthing out. Not sure why sumbody couldn’t just drop off a packet Sunday morning, I’m sure they all live in the surrounding area. We came with 2 cars and upstairs lot was full even the no parking loading zone had cars in it. I had to park that car 15 mins away at sum storage place called spruce creek storage. His name was Lawrence I think and he got us a parking spot late at night. Thanks to him for that. That’s the only bad part of this condo it’s first come first serve on that lot so you better be ready when sumbody else leaves. Lol ##### Juan Y. Ein großer Teil wurde später geliefert. Wohnzimmermöbel benötigen update, im Essbereich Stühle teilweise sehr defekt (Unfallgefahr), Bettbezüge müssten erneuert werden. Sehr sauberes Gebäude, leise.
