Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp directly on the North side of the building. House Rules: \- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay. \- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation. \- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am \- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours. \- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed \- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21 \- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement. \- Checkout: all we ask is take out the trash and wash any dishes you used.
