Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy

Some of the property was clean and nice. But other rooms were not clean. The carpet in the rooms were so gross. Huge stains all over the carpet. Was told the units were side by side, they were not. They were 4 units apart. The pictures were not accurate with the whole property. Some pictures matched the rooms, but some did not. The unit that matched the pictures online was the unit next door and we did not have that unit. But the unit we booked had no pool table, but yet a pool table was in the pictures. The internet hardly worked, some TVs did not work, the lock to one of the units stopped working and had to be sent another code, got locked out a few times and had to call someone, sent me a video on how to try and fix the lock. Definitely some issues that we had renting these units.
