Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Grand Coquina offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. The primary bathroom showcases a low-ledge, walk-in shower with an adjustable handle, private water closet, garden tub, and double vanity. The guest bedroom holds two twin beds and a television with an ensuite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes a low-ledge walk-in shower. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. Pet policy: this property can allow for up to two dogs (dogs only) for an additional price. Each dog's maximum weight cannot exceed 25lbs. The pet fee for the duration of the stay for one dog is $250 and the pet fee for two dogs is $400\. Because this is an optional fee, it has to be added after booking and will not be shown in your quote online. The HOA may also request vaccination records that must be provided upon request. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.
