Steps from the beach! \*\* you will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in. \*\*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE\*\* Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25) 1\. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1\. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2\. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO. The process of checking in was well organized. Parking WAS NOT a problem at all. We were given the option of 2 “assigned” spaces; however, we only needed one space. We were greeted by staff as soon as we arrived and given a tour of the building. Lucas is a great host and very responsive. We felt safe and there were no issues. The building is secured, and the residents and visitors were friendly. We hate the smell of smoke and we’re happy that the building is smoke-free. We enjoyed the pool and the direct access to the beach. The condo is also in a great location (near restaurants and grocery stores). We would not hesitate to stay here again. We really needed 2 parking spots and I would choose a unit with 2 parking spots next time. We made it work and did know this ahead of time.
