Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1\. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2\. It was also very spacious for my party of 4\. The process of checking in was well organized. Parking WAS NOT a problem at all. We were given the option of 2 “assigned” spaces; however, we only needed one space. We were greeted by staff as soon as we arrived and given a tour of the building. Lucas is a great host and very responsive. We felt safe and there were no issues. The building is secured, and the residents and visitors were friendly. We hate the smell of smoke and we’re happy that the building is smoke-free. We enjoyed the pool and the direct access to the beach. My husband and his friends stayed at Ocean Vista for Bike Week, and they really enjoyed it. Location is near downtown, with good access to the track too. the unit was very well furnished, with a great view from the balcony. The pool and the beach access were also great. The condo was wonderfully equipped. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We really needed 2 parking spots and I would choose a unit with 2 parking spots next time.
