This unit features a gourmet chef inspired kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and every piece of cookware your heart could desire to make you feel right at home and on the balcony is a Weber electric grill .The kitchen area has a bar top with seating for 3 and a dining table with seating for 4. This unit features a huge master suite and master bathroom with a jetted garden tub, walk in shower, Jack & Jill sinks, and a private entrance to the balcony. Inside the master suite is a large smart TV with cable, walk in closet, and a futon. In the second bedroom, it boasts two twin beds. This room has a smaller smart TV, and a private entrance to the balcony and the guest bathroom. The living room features a matching couch/loveseat combo, and an accent chair. There is a 55” flat screen smart tv in the living room as well as a balcony entrance. The balcony has gorgeous views of the sunset and the intracoastal waterway where you will be able to watch gorgeous yachts glide through the water while watching the sun set. There is a dining set and a few sun chair loungers waiting for your enjoyment. \*\*\*AMENITIES\*\*\* The complex boasts a beautiful oceanfront fitness center complete with cardio equipment that has little TV's attaches, full lifting equipment, and a hot sauna. There is a sun porch with patio seating for over 12 guests on the western sun side. The oceanfront community room has enough seating for multiple families and features a 70” flat screen tv with cable and a billiards table. There is a conference center with A printer for those of you who work while on vacation. The pool is a 80 ft. heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean and on the opposite end Is an infinity jacuzzi for those who enjoy the spa life. This undoubtedly one of the most beautiful units in all of Daytona Beach. The condominium itself is the most luxurious Daytona beach has to offer. Come spend your vacation with us!! \- Not an oceanfront unit (no ocean view). This unit is a sunset unit \*\*\*\*\*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE\*\*\*\*\* Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25) 1\. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1\. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2\. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO. CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know) LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest. \*\* 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 \*\* 12am+: $100 PARKING: \~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed. \~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available) \~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations. \~ NO THIRD VEHICLES. \~ NO TRAILERS. \~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE. STARTER SUPPLIES: We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ HOUSE RULES: 1\. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building) 2\. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit. 3\. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. 4\. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit. 5\. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying. 6\. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. 7\. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. 8\. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay). 9\. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) 10\. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both. 11\. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out. 12\. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost. 13\. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building) 14\. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available. 15\. Checkout is 10am. 16\. Lobby is beautiful. There is a large rec room with pool table, kitchen and bar. Lots of places to sit and read. The back of the property has a heated pool with lots of chairs, a fire pit and a hot tub. This area also has lots of tables and chairs so you can just sit outside and enjoy the ocean. We always saw people on the premises who work there making sure the place was secure. The unit itself is very comfortable. There are three TVs. Wish there has been instructions on how to work the one in the living room. Took us a few days but finally figured it out. The negatives, which kept me from giving it a 5 star, are that there were only 3 tall glasses and 4 short glasses, Lots of wine glasses but no other kinds of drinks glass such as margarita glasses, etc. As someone else mentioned, pillows, at least in main bedroom, need to be replaced. The towels also need to be replaced. They are very thin, old and mismatched. We were in the unit for a month so I would have liked cake pans, and more than one cookie sheet. I use those items for cooking not for baking. There were bowls for storing food but not mixing. There were only two tablespoons and no ice cream scoop. Also very few hangars. I had to go out and buy some. Left most of them in the unit. These are minor inconveniences and I would rent the unit again. We really liked the condo building and rarely had to wait for an elevator, dog walking areas were plentiful, although it took some time to reach them. The kitchen was well stocked yet was lacking in glassware,small bowls and storage containers. The master bath soaking tub had a dark, greasy ring around it. The pillows were flat, thin and hard; the blanket on the master bed had a huge gaping hole. Towels were mismatched and old. We had to buy clothes hangers. The property manager, Lucas, started out to be very responsive and prompt. However, we had to delay the start of our stay due to a medical emergency, and needed to know if we could adjust our arrival time when we finally could start using the condo. We placed multiple calls and texts the day before, but Lucas was busy with buying a car that day so we finally connected at night. He was blisteringly angry at me for bothering him, was horribly disrespectful and ugly over the phone, which greatly upset me. I would not rent from Lucas again. ##### Nancy M. The entire property overall is clean, welcoming and inviting. Amenities such as the fitness room, heated pool, and large beach area were much appreciated. Even though the walkways from the pool deck down to the beach are not accessible due to hurricane damage, it is a short detour to reach the sand. Beach towels, boogie boards, and a few chairs (a folding beach chair and two or three "bag chairs") are available. There is also a service that sets up chairs and umbrellas along the beach each day starting around 8 a.m. ($40 for two loungers, a small table, and an umbrella). Unfortunately, they gather up everything at 4 p.m. I was told that during the summer months that time is extended to 5 p.m. Our unit (611) was extremely spacious and PEFECT for us! We did not miss being on the ocean side of the complex. The large balcony was utilized every evening, and views of the sunset were spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the layout of this two-bedroom unit. The primary bedroom suite is roomy and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for clothes and other belongings. The bathroom is exceptional! The smaller second suite, located on the opposite side of the unit, is equally comfortable, with twin beds, nice bath, a spacious closet and attractive décor. Separated by the large, open living area, these two suites are very private and provide direct access to the balcony. I can't say enough about the kitchen. It is equipped with great cookware, lots of prep space and plenty of kitchen "gadgets" for cooking. There is a laundry room directly off of the kitchen which offers a W/D, a sink, countertop and cabinets. Check-in was well organized, and key fobs enabled easy access to the building. There are grocery carts available in the parking garage to transport groceries and other items to the unit. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the high level of service provided by Lucas both before and during the trip. He was always quick to reply to any inquiries before we arrived. In addition, when I texted with some minor concerns after we had checked in, he responded immediately and was willing to come to our unit to address the issues we encountered. However, we were finally able to resolved them without a personal visit. So...it was a great trip, and I highly recommend this property for those looking for a beautiful and equipped condominium complex! ##### Patti S.
