Fall Specials / 3 night minimum - Fully Renovated Penthouse!!

The Shores Club in Daytona Beach Shores is a direct oceanfront condominium located on a pristine, quiet no-drive beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1300 sq. ft. condo has been FULLY remodeled and Decorated in 2017 and includes tile flooring, large 60" flat screen television and Wi-Fi and professionally adorned furniture and decor. The unit is a top floor unit (11th) offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic and the no drive beach.

This unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodating 6, master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The second bedroom and back balcony feature wonderful sunset views of the Halifax River and the Intercoastal Waterway. Sorry, no single night rentals. Sorry, no pets.

All the amenities of home can be found here, including a large flat screen TV in the living room, a DVD player, wireless Internet and TV's in all the bedrooms. There is a private, full-size washer and dryer available as well right outside the front door of the unit. Linens and towels are provided. The facilities are well maintained with on-site managers. It is a very safe area, and the building has electronic locks on all outside doors and secure main-level garage parking.

Daytona Beach Ocean Views – This is what Florida vacation rental is all about! The best view at the condominium is from the large balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. It provides a 180 degree panoramic view up and down the beach and out to sea. Dolphins are seen regularly and manatees have been known to be sighted. Seabirds are often seen diving on schools of fish visible from the balcony.

The master bedroom has a king bed, ocean-front balcony, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, private bath and vanity area. The second bedroom offers two queen size beds. This bedroom has views of the Intercostal waterway. The kitchen has been renovated with all new white cabinetry, built in pantry, stainless steel appliances and Cambria quartz counter tops and large island. The living room, with its comfortable large sofas and twin recliners provides a nice conversation or TV viewing area. There is a large flat screen TV for you to sit back and enjoy your favorite programs after a day of sun and fun.

The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean-side. There are also BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. Want a little exercise? The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna for your use.

The area has a wide variety of activities:

-Lighthouse Point Park– 4 miles down the beach. A beautiful 52-acre park that features a fishing pier, hiking nature trails, wildlife, an observation tower, swimming and picnicking. Over 2 miles of shoreline and beach. Nearby is a kayak nature trail.

- Ponce Preserve - 3 miles - a 41 acre nature preserve that includes a boardwalk out to the Halifax River with 3 covered gazebos, kayak and canoe launches and a fishing dock. Great area for bird watching, picnic areas and a new playground for children.

- Golf - The area has many nice golf courses. The renowned LPGA International Champions and Legends courses features 36 holes of championship golf – 16 miles. Golf Digest recently ranked Daytona Beach in the top 15 places to play in the nation.

- Shopping & Dining – Short beach walk to Sunglow Pier restaurant Crabby Joes; multiple waterfront restaurants within 5 minutes. Full range of shopping options nearby or consider a day trip to St. Augustine where there are many quaint shops and galleries.

- Daytona International Speedway – 10 miles

- Daytona 500 Experience – 10 miles

- Daytona Beach Boardwalk & Pier – 6 miles

Fall relaxing getaway

The condo was very clean and presented just like in photos! We only stayed about 5 days so there was just enough garbage bags, hands soap, dishwashing liquid, & TP for me and my husband. It was convenient to restaurants. It was a relaxing atmosphere!! Would stay again if we ever have the chance!

Very nice condo

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pans, etc... We were there during hurricane Helene and felt perfectly safe. Definitely would stay here again! Pool was great too! Thanks for a wonderful 50th anniversary trip!

Wonderful View

Loved being on the top floor, pelican and dolphin viewing daily. This location gets me to all my favorite shops and restaurants with a minimum of driving. Can't wait to go back next year.

Great Family Vacation

My brothers, sister and spouses rented condos at Regency Shores and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our unit is beautiful and has great views. The owner was very responsive to a minor issue we had. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great Views, Wonderful Condo

We had a really great time! Love the views from the balcony, everything was clean and comfortable! Nice area, love that that part of the beach because there is no driving. Close to everything! We have been coming to Daytona Beach Shores for 11 years and this was our 2nd time in this building. Hope to be back next year

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay in this comfortable condo with a priceless view. It was incredible watching the birds fly by, they were so close! The check in process and the door and gate codes are a big plus, so easy. Everything is in good shape and well maintained. We highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo, it is an amazing place and the location couldn't be better. The only downside is we didn't stay long enough! We were foutunate to meet the owners who were staying 3 doors down; they welcomed us, showed us around and made us feel at home. We have stayed in many condos but this has got to be one of the BEST. We absolutely want to stay here again.

It was ok. Amazing view, yet couch needs updating and the Primary bedroom king bed is worn out and uncomfortable; so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep most nights. Being an insurance adjuster working Ian and Nicole that hit Fla, I needed sleep.

Wonderful spot for a stay

We spent Labor Day weekend here and had a wonderful time! My biggest complaint is that my wife now wants to redo our kitchen counters to look like theirs😜. Is a beautiful unit, perfect view, plenty of space, tons of kitchen utilities and needs, comfortable beds, and on a no drive section of the beach. Good location too, far enough away from craziness of downtown beach area during the day and at night, but can drive to it in about 10 minutes for dinners/shopping etc. Owner was very responsive and understanding on checkout time too! Only true downside for us is the master bath only has one sink (but there is a vanity across from bathroom for makeup/getting ready), but when that is the biggest complaint it is very easy to “get by”!! Will certainly be in touch with owner to rent again in the future!!

Spectacular Experience

The condo was better than the photographs. All needs were supplied, even beach towels, beach chairs, etc. It's the only location with a beautiful ramp that leads right down to the beach; an extra plus I didn't expect. My husband and I will definitely visit again.

Daytona Beach vacation

We highly recommend this rental property! The check-in process was easy and efficient and the unit was very clean, as described, comfortable, and well-appointed. Location could not be beat; we loved that it was on the no-drive part of the beach. Donald was a great host and available to answer any questions. We plan to return for future trips!

Comfortable, Convenient, Clean Condo

This condo was beautiful and clean. It had a great view. Check in and out could not have been easier and it had everything we needed. We also like that this area of the beach is quieter since it is past the end of the drive part of the beach. The pool was nicely maintained and kept to a great temperature.
