Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! No on-site parking. 2 parking passes provided for guests. Available around the clock via the Airbnb app! Directly across the street from the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side! Full use of the picnic area & courtyard. Private SECOND FLOOR 500 sq ft apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! No local guests. Primary renter should be at least 21 years old. If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry. Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Free street parking on the street behind the property. The cottage is adorable and well suited for our family of 5 for the week we were here. The location is wonderful for dining with many options within walking distance. It was clean and comfortable for myself and two college aged kids and while quiet and set back with a beautiful little courtyard, it was within walking distance of everything. Parking wasn't an issue for us and we both our vehicles and us were safe. Chris was beyond exceptional with communication. He provided detailed information, answered all my questions and was extremely prompt in responding. This place is adorable and we will definitely be returning on our next trip to Daytona! Let me start by saying Chris is a great host and will help you whenever you need it! He even stopped by to help me with the WiFi. This is the cutest little spot! It’s small but cozy! It’s so well decorated and the view is very nice at night. It has everything you need and is very aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! ##### Debbie L. I was there for bike week , just for a couple of day and it located less than a 3 minute walk from mainstreet. It was around maybe a ten minute walk to the pier. Great place to stay. ##### Scott L.
