Queen size memory foam pull out couch and a queen size bed with a high quality mattress for the best sleep comfort. Space was clean and had most everything we needed. A first aid kit and noticeable fire extinguisher would’ve been appreciated, but we made due and had a great time. Location is close to everything. Bed was comfy. Linens were plenty and clean. Biggest issue was parking with the main house also being no a rental. The guests in the other house had us blocked in a couple of times and if I hadn’t run into them to coordinate parking, it could’ve gotten pretty annoying since I didn’t hear back from the host about it. To be clear, there are marked parking spots, I just don’t think the guests in the main house realize how far back they are. ##### DeAnna R.
