Publix is right across the street and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was clean and exactly as listed. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, but it was resolved quickly. The best part is that the condo is right on the beach, which was perfect. William was very kind and accommodating. He is very helpful and quick to respond when need to communicate with him. I would stay here again. ##### Emily C. Bill was a great host and very responsive to emails. There are so many great restaurants to choose from as well as activities. The property was very clean and stocked with many essentials. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great view with spectacular sun rises each morning. I definitely enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. Our condo had everything we could think of needing and Mr. Mitchell was very informative and great with his communication. Yes all the pools were closed due to the hurricane a few months ago, but that information was disclosed to us before we confirmed our trip. Our 3 children (6, 4, and 3) really enjoyed the beach and had a great time without the pools. Will definitely be coming back again! ##### Kristy F.
