20 feet from the Ocean Center parking lot, 1 block to the beach (3-5 min walk), boardwalk & Main Street! Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!  
  
1 Block to Main Street for Bike Week & Biketoberfest!  
Daytona International Speedway is only 10 mins away! (4 miles)  
Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away!  
  
We are available via chat on the Airbnb app.  
  
This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away!  
  
Full use of the courtyard and the picnic tables in the common area!  
  
Private apartment with a gorgeous quartz countertops, soft close cabinets & fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! In the bedroom, you will find a large walk in closet a high end plush memory foam queen bed with cooling technology & an en suite custom bathroom! Everything is new at this fully renovated apartment!

No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride!  
The free street parking area, located on the street behind the property is easily accessible and a 3 min walk.  
  
Guests must contact host if they are wanting to bring a trailer or motorcycles before booking.  
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. Fully fenced in yard! Please keep dogs on a leash for the safety and respect of other guests. Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.   
Home built in the 1930s, but fully renovated with lots of charm!  
No local guests.  
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.   
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.  
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.  
Parking is only allowed in the designated on-street parking area on the street behind the property (3 min walk) & you must park with the flow of traffic.  
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill  
$15 pet fee per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $180 per animal per month .   
4 or more pets is by approval only and price varies.  
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.  
  
Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.  
  
A separate $15 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $180 per pet per month.

We were in town for an event at the Ocean Center. Very short walk to the ocean center and also very close to the beach. We loved being able to bring our Labradoodle. Very easy check in, clean, comfortable accommodations, and good communication with the host! We will be back

It is located just blocks from the beach and all that that environment offers. It was very clean and check in was a breeze. Communication with Chris, the owner, sent welcome messages, answered questions promptly. It was a very comfortable space and I enjoyed my stay very much.

#### Came to town for the NRBE reptile Convention 

We had been trying to get a room at the Ocean Front hotel for months for the NRBE Reptile Convention that was held last weekend (8/16-8/18) I stumbled across this property that was borderline in the parkinglot it was so close! It was perfect for Me, my Fiance, our two friends and our two dogs. Just enough space with a tiny home feel! The proximity to the hotel, Convention and Beach made walking to these locations so convenient. We were supplied two parking passes which also saved us money! The stay was hundreds of dollars less than at the hotel as well! Highly recommend! Hopefully we will be able to snag this same property for next years show as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vero clean and well-equipped, small apartment that's within walking distance to just about anything you want to do on Daytona Beach. We parked and didn't drive again until it was time to leave. The host was quickly responsive to any questions. We'd definitely stay there again.
