Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away! St Augustine(The FIRST city in the U.S.) is only 1hr away! I am available through the app. This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away! Parking for this home is located on-street parking located on the street behind the property and is a 3-4 min walk. Full use of the courtyard and the picnic tables in the common area! Private apartment with a gorgeous quartz countertops, soft close cabinets & fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! In the bedroom, you will find a large walk in closet a high end plush memory foam queen bed with cooling technology & an en suite custom bathroom! 🛌 Bedroom 🛌 Sleeps 2\. Queen memory foam bed with a pack n play in the closet. Independen AC Unit for the bedroom, blackout curtains, roll down blinds 🌟 Living Room 🌟 Sleeps 2\. 1 queen sofa sleeper bed with memory foam mattress, dining room table with seating for 4, blackout curtains with roll down blinds, 4K Fire TV with Apple TV and Spectrum TV Package. 👩‍🍳 Kitchen & Dining Room 👨‍🍳 Quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, portable 2 burner cooktop, pots and pans, cookware, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, first aid kit, soaps, sponge and trash can. 🛀 Bathrooms 🛀 Walk in shower, toilet, pedestal sink, towels, soap & shampoo/conditioner. 🚗 Parking 🚗 NONE. On-street parking only. 2 parking pass provided No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride! Guests must contact host if they are wanting to bring a trailer or motorcycles before booking. If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well. No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Parking is on-street parking & only allowed in the designated parking area on the street behind the home (3 min walk) & you must park with the flow of traffic. Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill $15 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $180 per animal per month Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. I was told about No Parking At The Rental but u can park on the Next Block Over w the(2) Free Passes given . I like to scout the area out before parking . I noticed the whole stay a lot of Homeless and what looks like they bed down where we park at . Plus the Speeding Traffic very much like a college dorm town . Before I booked I looked for a Pay Parking Lot there seemed to be a bunch . 1 was owened by Hilton Hotel 3 blocks away can’t park there . 2nd lot was Gated off completly . 3) was a parking garage where folks used as a Drifting Track Race track & Burnout Box . Fun stuff id do but Not park my vehicle lol also 3 blocks away . N Hollywood was like a drag strip . 2 blocks away we could here Boot Hill Salon Jamming :) and the Biker crowd was welcoming over the others we encountered . Our Nieghbors in the yellow house Blasted chimmy changa Music so loud I taste mexican now . While the Nipple suckers in the Tan duplex besides them revved up thier foreign car rice rocket cars like the landscape crew cutting trees down all hours day n night . There was a medium police prescience in all areas ! The boho rental was as described Bed was comfortable im 6,2 240 lbs with a bad back knees and currently messed up elbow I slept good . Shower was clean plenty of hot water . Could use a weighted shower curtain being water splashes onto the floor besides the toilet . Tv wasn’t able to watch anything not even Local tv ##### Kris W. Love grows best in small spaces! A comfortable and safe location! An easy, two block, walk to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Beach access. Convenient for location to beach and grocery stores.
