Enjoy a king-size bed, large sofa bed, a kitchenette and free parking. Conveniently, there are Publix and fine restaurants across the street. Only about two miles to the Lagoon Waterpark, Boardwalk, Ocean Center, Peabody Auditorium, and Ocean Walk Shoppes & Restaurants. Minutes to the Speedway. Only 1 hour to Orlando. Please be advised that because of ongoing repairs after recent hurricane Ian, the management keeps both pools (outdoor and indoor) and restaurant/bar closed. We were promised that the repairs will be completed soon, and those amenities will reopen. We sincerely apologize but this is beyond our control. The room was clean for the most part, my only complaint is that there were a ton of tiny ants all over the counter. I'm not sure what's going on with the building itself, as it's been under construction for 2 or 3 years now. There are no amenities right now, everything is closed and only one elevator works. But as far as the room and our host and neighbor, it was great. Hard to get to the beach must walk alllll the way around the condo building to get in and out .. the pools are closed which is in the description however didnt think it would look so bad.
