Room was SUPER clean when I got there, getting in was easy with the home owners instructions. Glad I didnt need to keep up with a key since it was a code and automatic lock. There is security cameras on sight which made me feel comfortable. Not far from the beach maybe an easy 15 minute drive. There is a small park maybe a nice 3 minute walk from the unit. Some mom and pop restaurants were close as well and really good. Checking out was even easy. The only two things I didnt like were the window by the door. At 6:30 am the sun was up and the room was really bright. Wish maybe there was a curtain to help the blinds. The bed was really squeaky when I would roll over. Thats my only complaints. Everything was provided that you might need for your stay in the tiny efficient studio. The bed was comfortable, temperature easy to regulate, walk-in shower was great, but be aware that there are no grab bars in the shower or bathroom. I enjoyed the outdoor seating just beyond the door and further in the yard is a nice shady pergola with a larger table, comfortable chairs, and a grill if you feel like hanging out in the pretty landscaped property. Naomi is very personable and made check-in a breeze by texting the door code. She gave immediate responses to my inquiries. Check-out was basically closing the door, no complicated instructions. I appreciated the very generous personal hospitality she showed me and I had a wonderful R&R that I really needed. Thank you, Naomi! ##### Peggy T.
