It is a beautiful large and roomy home. The location is wonderful as you are within a 30-minute drive of most anything you want to do. We were a group of 4 couples, and each had a king size bedroom with their own bath. One even had a rain shower. The open Kitchen, dining and living room make being together easy and comfortable. We did have to bring in some of the porch seating for all of us to have seating in the living room. It is a short walk from a private beach, and we enjoyed our walks there. We did however have some issues. The beds are all very uncomfortable. They are very low to the ground and rather soft because they do not have box springs. Not all of the showers have handheld shower heads and that is most important. The locked 75-degree setting on the thermostat got hot during our stay in February and I can only imagine how it would be in the summer heat. We really needed instructions for the television and there were not any. We wanted to see how beautiful the fireplace was when lit but there were no instructions for that either. The location is just perfect- 5 minute walk to the ocean, where you can walk on the beach for miles. A paved bike trail is at the end of the street, and tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and Publix for groceries are all within 2 miles. After all that exercise, the hot tub was a luxurious finish to each day. We cooked all our meals here, and the kitchen was well stocked. There are empty lots on 2 sides, so there was some greenery. The large, screened- in deck right off the main living area was a nice plus. We were traveling with another couple, and appreciated that there were 2 master suites.
