Convenient to National Air Force Museum. Restaurant food great and reasonably priced. Great workout room. The staff was great. Walls a little thin, and the clankiest, creakieast, noisiest elevators I've ever been on. Overall a great deal though.

Staff went above and beyond, love the In-house restaurant/bar, and the little 24/7 built in convenience store was extremely nice for late night snacks. Transportation was a bit of an issue due to ride share apps not being available at all times but thats not the Hotels fault. More shuttle options would have been nice but overall a great experience!

A tired property in desperate need of a remodel. Inadequate parking unless you park in the back of the building. Lack of adequate lighting both around the property and with signage. Good luck if you arrive late. Its location is already difficult to find and depends on the base guard telling you that you just missed the turn in. Elevator button may work.

Went to Nutter center for phish. Was a 30 minute walk on a bike path that is across the street from the hotel. Hotel is on leased property from the United States Govt. Hippies and military persons lived in harmony. Really chill scene.

The hotel is older and could use some updating. The A/C was very loud. We had to change rooms because the A/C and tv were not working and the beds looked like they had not been changed. Staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant was a surprise because the food was really good and the waitstaff excellent. Overall I would give a 6 rating and won’t stay here again.

I've stayed at the Hope Hotel twice now. The price was one of the hotel's attributes. Accommodations here aren't expensive compared to other hotels, and you're getting a bit more than you pay for here. First of all, despite the Regan-era furnishings and overall dated appearance, this is a very clean hotel. The staff were very friendly. One of the maintenance staff rode the elevator with me and wanted to make certain everything worked in my room as it should. Everything was just fine. That isn't to say the rooms, bathrooms, and hallways aren't a bit old-looking. A new coat of paint, NEW BEDS (!), and new chairs would work wonders. It's a very, very quiet place. This is no party hotel, and it's off the beaten track, so I felt that my car would be safer than at a hotel located on Col. Glenn or near the plaza in Beavercreek. However, being off the beaten track is also a downside because you'll be driving a few minutes to find a nicer gas station, restaurant, or grocery store.They have a restaurant. It's called "Packy's." It's okay. Staff are friendly and helpful. This time I ordered their pizza, which was surprisingly bland. Like, out of a Chef Boyardee box-bland. Not bad, mind you. Just... bland. Their burgers are generally better. Recommended if you're tired and don't want to venture out. Overall, this was the second of two good stays at the Hope.

What I didn’t like about the property is that it didn’t have a pool but over all it was nice place and restaurant could offer more items, but staff in restaurant went out her way to accommodate me.

Won't stay again
Our room was in need of repair. The desk assigned our room to someone else and they came in while we were there. Then they deactivated all the keys to the room including ours.

The hotel is mostly military and their families. The room was clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant was out of both dessert options and their breakfast buffet was OK.

The desk staff was friendly. It’s definitely an older hotel with very outdated decor, however, with that being said, it was clean, quiet and not crowded. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. No continental breakfast or even a cup of coffee available. They do have a restaurant attached to the hotel. I elected to hit the McDonald’s drive thru down the street for a coffee.
