Stayed here with 2 friends to visit the USAF Museum and the Wright Museum. Had everything we needed and provided a relaxing space to wind down after long days. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

#### Great place to stay.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. The 'home' was welcoming and well set up. Our hosts provided a comprehensive welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, crisps, cereal, soaps and lots of other bits and pieces. An information book was provided with all the do and don'ts and a lot of information about Dayton etc. I have stayed in a lot of home type accommodation and this is 5 star compared to most. Would definitely stay there again.

#### The best stay!

We loved our stay and the great atmosphere and neighborhood the location was in! The house came extra prepared, had welcoming snacks and was very clean and well maintained! It offered space to entertain with friends but also get away and relax and a great area for the kids to play and be entertained. The customer service aspect was also prompt and helpful and friendly with any questions we had! All in all we would give this place a 10/10 and always book with this owner or this house again because of the overall experience! And how great it was the wonderful time we had while here! And to top it off our soccer brought home her championship from the haunted classic soccer tournament! Note this is a great location for traveling sport families in this area!

#### Quiet and neat.

Bedrooms and baths are great. We enjoyed hanging out in the open kitchen and family room space. Basement is a good play area for kids.

#### Family Visit in Dayton Area

I traveled from out of state to visit with family in the Dayton area and this was a very nice house. I also had additional out of state family staying with me. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean, well stocked kitchen for on site cooking. Plenty of room for everyone.

#### Great for a family reunion

We had a great time with all our family in this house. The kids loved the downstairs and enjoyed the projection screen, movies and games. The adults loved the beds and comfort of each room. We will be back next year!
