Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities. Same-Day Bookings Reservations made between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM may require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
