The light fixtures on each side of the bed were missing the end portion where the bulb attaches. There were 2 bare wires in the area where the bulb should attach. The closet doors were not attached firmly to the walls and did not close correctly. The bath room was clean but plaster repair work between the sink and toilet was not completed in a workman like manner. The chair at the desk was seriously used and past replacement time. The mattress was somewhere past the 'extra firm' listing for mattresses. It was not quite to the 'hard as the floor' but was close. Uncomfortable is an understatement. I selected this hotel based on staying at another Microtel Inn in Harrisonburg, VA. This one did not measure up to what I expected. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles, a small selection of yogurt, juice and coffee. Again, not up to my expectations based on my previous experience with MicroTell Inn's. Will not stay here again and will be more cautious in projecting past experiences on future properties.

The room was too small, too old, too noisy, too bright. Overall not good at all. Certainly not the price I paid: half the price would match the condition of the room. I will never book a room in that hotel again.

I always stay with Wyndham when they have a property available in the area I’m stationed while traveling for work. I’ve stayed at this location enough times to have lost count. Foolishly of me to do so, I’m embarrassed to admit. My first stay to long ago to remember is the only time I didn’t have an issue with the staff themselves or an issue brought on because of them. From them giving a room key to a man and woman who were complete strangers and I only know this because they attempted to break into my room into the middle of the night, so badly that the top lock itself barely prevented them from getting in because it was already close to broken, probably from a previous encounter of the same nature so don’t stay here or if you do don’t complain or they will stand outside your door and listen to you, go through your garbage and say that your makeup on a towel they dug out from the pile is a sign you smoked in the room two minutes prior to leaving. Which they have done something to keep my deposit every time. Even keeping it from an early check out due to the fear of my safety from the attempted break in. From my experience and actual witnessing this is done to everyone who stays and I can’t think of any reason other than them keeping the deposit themselves because they have never and actually refused to print the receipt for the deposit being taken when I needed it for the documentation to email to the corporation. They should fire them all so the stays can be without a flaw

We had a mobility accessible room. While everything was fine, the space was a little bit tight for a wheelchair. We have to add a toilet riser and safety rails to the toilet to help with safe use. We have to do that everywhere though as the existing safety rails are not enough for our situation.

I have checked in late at many hotels, because I enjoy night driving. It’s not often I’m greeted by a friendly and conversant person who actually smiles and makes me feel good about my decision to stay there. Chatted with my man at the front desk for a few minutes about travel routes and fall colors. Very nice guy. Good customer service more than makes up for the few minor cosmetic improvements that could be made here. Clean, no funky smell. I have definitely stayed at worse places that have cost more. Definitely going on my list of cheap rooms in Ohio.

Walls are thin. I could hear the next room's TV quite clearly, especially @ 2:30 AM. First night there was a group of young people roaming the halls, screaming, slamming doors most of the night . Did not hear any staff trying to alleviate the problem. Phone in the room did not work. Breakfast was decent, but no meat. Bed was comfortable.

You get what you pay for and if you are a hotel snob this isn’t the place for you. The property was clean but needs a little up keep which they seem to be working on, the counter in the bathroom was recently rebuilt. The hotel is clean and honestly smells good upon entry. It’s a little dated but not a place I would say “never again” too. There is no elevator but only has two floors. None of the luxuries other hotels offer but perfect for those who have a tight budget. The beds are extremely comfortable and has comfy bedding. My husband and I slept so well. You will get your people who love to slam doors and have zero respect for others but that is any where.
