Good location near lake, short walk to town centre and shops, convenient. However the place was not clean (eg stained couches, cushions, bathtub, windows, utensils). We wanted to cook but the oven was not working. Finally, the doorbell rang twice at 4 am for no reason which disturbed our sleep.
