This vacation rental is a spacious 6-room apartment with 160 square meters of space, located on the 4th floor and facing a south-east position. It features simple and practical furnishings, including a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and cable TV (flat screen). The living/dining room leads out to a balcony with a south-east facing position. The apartment has one double bedroom of 20 square meters with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). There is also one room of 15 square meters with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), and three additional rooms, each with a single bed (90 cm, length 200 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with several amenities to make your vacation comfortable. The open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). Additional amenities include a washing machine, heat availability, and a television. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 7 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a balcony of 15 square meters, also facing a south-east position, with balcony furniture and panoramic views of the mountains and the town. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Please note that this rental is suitable for families and non-smokers only. There is no enclosed parking available.
