The Apartment house "Haus Arabelle" offers a comfortable holiday rental in Davos, Switzerland. Built in 1964 and renovated in 2018, it sits at an elevation of 1,560 meters above sea level. The property features a yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court, providing ample amenities for a delightful stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The apartment house is situated in a quiet position on a slope in the residential district of Davos Platz, just 300 meters from the edge of the forest. Guests can enjoy shared use of a garden, although it is not fenced. The property is conveniently located 1 kilometer from the skiing area and in a cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful setting for your vacation.

The apartment house provides various shared facilities, including a storage room for bicycles, a storage room for skis, a central heating system, a washing machine (extra charge), and a tumble dryer (for shared use, extra charge). You will be staying in "Haus Arabelle Apt.4", a 1-room studio apartment measuring 35 square meters. It is located on the upper ground floor and has a south-facing position, providing a bright and warm ambiance. The studio is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and features a cozy and modern design, having been renovated in 2018.  
  
Amenities Included  
The studio is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, cable TV, and a radio. The open kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill (Capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra cost). The apartment also has a shower/WC and heating facilities. The floors are adorned with parquet, adding warmth and elegance to the space.  
  
Other Information  
The studio apartment boasts a small balcony measuring 8 square meters, complete with balcony furniture and offering beautiful views of the mountains and countryside. Guests have access to free WiFi internet and a garage space (No. 4) on the property, accommodating one car. Please note that the property is strictly non-smoking, and one pet/dog is allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping area is integrated into the open-plan layout, such as a gallery or alcove.
