Comfortable apartment block "Lenza", built in 1970\. In the resort 110 m from the centre of Davos Platz, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area. For shared use: property (fenced), garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing (fenced). In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Shop, grocery, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Davos Postplatz" 110 m, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, lake Davoser See 4.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 4.5 km, cable car 400 m, mountain railway, ski lift 500 m, skisport facilities 400 m, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 400 m, ice rink 200 m, children's playground 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Jakobshorn 400 m, Parsenn 3.5 km, Rinerhorn 6.6 km.  
"Lenza Apt 106", 3-room apartment 105 m2, on the ground floor, south-east facing position. Spacious, fully renovated in 2024, very comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with separate WC, flat screen, radio and hi-fi system.
