Stay in this updated and inviting 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome located in the heart of Canaan Valley—just minutes from skiing, mountain biking, scenic state parks, the wildlife refuge, and a championship golf course. This sought-after location features a large deck and a small bedroom balcony overlooking the community pool and playground, perfect for relaxing any time of year.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), W/D, four TVs with cable, DVD/Blu-ray player, gas grill, and Wi-Fi.
Non-smoking. Pet friendly ($70 per pet). Sleeps 4–8.
Winter note: 4WD or AWD is required in winter months.

Convenient location to Timberline Mtn

We stayed here over the weekend so we could be close by to ski at Timberline. The drive to timberline was very convenient (10 minutes). The property manager was very accommodating. The neighborhood itself is very cute, there is a 0.5 mile loop around all the properties that is a nice walk for dogs. The indoor fireplace is a super nice touch!

Great location

We stayed at this rental for the sled run at Blackwater Falls. There were 8 of us in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, house was clean and in a great location. Close to both state parks and town of Davis. Would go again and recommend to others.

Perfect family getaway!

Everything was perfect! We were so close to the courts, the pool, the restaurant - and right in the middle of the beauty that is Canaan Valley. Loved every second of our stay at this perfectly situated condo!

Great rental

We stayed in the winter months. Very clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace with endless firewood. Would not hesitate to book again. Tip: The cable tv has no HD. I travel with an Amazon Fire Stick, so as long as I have good wifi I always have HDTV and cable tv with my Directv or YouTube TV accouts. I'm an HD snob. I need HD when watching sports. The rental had great wifi so I had no issues with the tv.

Convenient and Roomy

While this was just a 3 night stay with 2 adults and a teen, we really enjoyed this property. The complex is conveniently located, just minutes from either Canaan resort or Timberline to the south, or Davis and Thomas to the north. The two bedrooms, loft, and two pull-out couches could have easily accommodated a bigger family.

Nice property!

We are always staying in Dearfield village when we visit Cannan. The entire property is well maintained and taken care of. We stayed in unit 79 this year. It was ready upon arrival, clean and ready for us. In this particular unit I loved the loft area and the fact that laundry in on the second floor. Loved the fire burning stove.
