The kitchen was well stocked, had all utensils and it was very clean. Hot tub was very clean and amazing, kids enjoyed the hot tub and also they were able to ride their bikes around the neighborhood. It was quiet and out of the way. It was 12 minutes from Blackwater falls and easy to go around. Very scenic and relaxing place. The place was very well kept. The kitchen was well stocked, enough to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! The kids were able to ride their bikes around the neighborhood. It was quiet and out of the way. Short drive to Thomas and/or Davis. Greatly enjoyed our time at Blackwater Falls. The place was very well clean and well kept. The flat terrain and ample snow was great for kids play, and the interior was well appointed (though better cookware would have been a nice upgrade). We didn't get to try the hottub. Our only real complaint was the abundance of cool white light bulbs throughout which should absolutely be changed out for warm white.
