Feel like a VIP with our dedicated concierge who is always on call to help you with any extra services or reservations you may need such as a yacht, night club, restaurants, private chef, massage therapist etc.  
  
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.  
  
While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.  
  
Located in an affluent neighborhood in leafy Plantation is this stunning mansion estate giving you the ultimate in luxury living. Spread over 7000 sqft the home features a modern, open concept design with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, 9 large bedrooms, 5 lavish bathrooms, a cinema, game room and your own private outdoor paradise. Live the high life just minutes from top golf courses, exclusive shopping, endless dining options and the happening Hard Rock Casino just 15 mins away.  
  
Disclosure: For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the front and back of the house that will be on during your stay.  
Camera 1 is located in the front facing the driveway  
Camera 2 is located in the back facing the pool  
We also use noise monitoring devices to measure the decibel level, but these devices do not record any audio.  
  
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking ( 4 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.  
  
The neighborhood around the home is residential, with mostly single-family homes. There are also a few parks and schools in the area.

\-The home is situated on a cul-de-sac, which provides for a private and serene setting.  
\-The property features a large pool and lush landscaping, making it an ideal spot for outdoor entertaining.  
\-The home has an attached in-law suite, which is perfect for multigenerational families or those who need extra space for guests.  
  
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.  
  
\*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder's ID for verification purposes.\*  
  
Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.  
  
  
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.  
  
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.  
  
\*\*Update: The red pool light has been removed\*\*

#### Delight in Davie

Love this place. Very spacious. We had a party of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We stayed entertained with the basketball goal, pool/hot tub, game room, cornhole, and movie room. Check in was smooth; early check in was allowed. The place was very clean. The showers were amazing. No worries of having no hot water due to a large group. And the best part is Chet and JC are a great host and concierge. Any questions, JC answered very quickly and Chet stayed in contact thru the entire stay. Couldn’t ask for a better place! And I definitely plan to rebook same time next year!

#### Family Reunion Success!!

Several family members and myself came together at this beautiful property for a cousin's wedding and mini family reunion. Some were traveling from overseas, some from other states, and some local to South Florida. The house couldn't have been more perfect! It was clean, it was stylish, it had all tne amenities, and it was spacious! We enjoyed ourselves and this property so much, my family has talked about future reunions with the hopes of returning to this property!
