Garage and washer/dryer in the basement. SELF CHECK IN \- Let yourself in with our convenient smart lock technology. No fumbling or lost keys to worry about. BASEMENT (Stairs to access) \- Washer and dryer FIRST FLOOR \- Living room with soft and Roku SmartTV \- Well stocked eat in kitchen fully stocked. SECOND FLOOR \- Full bathroom \- BEDROOM 1 - has a queen bed. \- BEDROOM 2 - has a queen bed. PARKING \- Guest will have access to the garage or there is the street parking out from of the unit. This unit is located just blocks from the 12 miles of bikepath to explore the QC! Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, of any nature you will be charged a large fee. We can’t fix what we don’t know about. HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival. The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TV, just be sure to log out before you leave. This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property. Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods' website. We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. TRASH Trash Day is on Tuesdays. Recycling is every other week on Tuesday. Recycling pickup is typically the 1st and 3rd weeks out of the month. Please bring cans to the alley for pickup. If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside of the house. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don't waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile. We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker. Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started. After a few trips around the block, I saw the townhouse; the front porch light was out, no lights on in the unit; despite messaging the host I would be in late. There was a guy wondering infront of the units. While the code that the host sent was correct, I could not see the pad to enter it & was nervous about the man. I finally went back to my car and called. The host texted back & unlocked the townhouse remotely. Once in, I was going to unwind but there was only sheer curtains on the front window, so I just decided to go to bed. With the roads torn up, I decided the back bedroom would be best; when I pulled back the sheets there was a large yellow stain so the front bedroom it was. After going to bed at 1am the construction started at 7:15 with the mini excavator with its backup beeper and at 8am the cement trucks showed up. Now I understand that the host cannot control the street work but a heads up would have been appropriate since I booked less than two weeks before my stay. She refunded me 5 nights after offering a unit without a kitchen. She also offered to have someone put up blinds that day & have the cleaners clean besides the dirty sheets there was dirty throw rugs and side tables that had hair & change on it. In the end, she charged me one night and half the cleaning fee, I used one bed and a washcloth, despite her 100% clean guarantee. ##### NICOLE K.
