The layout is perfect, specially if 2 families are sharing because both master bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. (Although the second one should have a king bed, the room is plenty big enough) plenty of seating for everyone. Game room is fantastic! Now the pool area, WONDERFUL! very private because of trees and fencing, which was nice. Hot tub fantastic! Quiet neighborhood but close to plenty of things. Very large one story house with high ceilings. We really enjoyed our 1 month stay! Owners and their managers were great to deal with. Very kind and helpful. This was a family vacation and there were 8 people in the home. There is plenty of room for everyone. The game room was a hit! There were a lot of pool and air hockey competitions! The home is close to everything. The host is very responsive and answered questions in a timely manner. Be mindful that if you rent the home during the winter and Florida has a cold snap the pool and spa will not heat properly. The host made me aware of this fact and I thought that we wouldn’t have the issue, but we did. On the warmer days the pool and spa were great. Much needed after a long day at Universal! The pool and game room were great for us on days we didn't have anything planned. Everything was there that you needed and it was well stocked with pool toys for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed. The little extras were great that we found here. Also, had a question during my stay and the communication was great. After 25 years of traveling to Florida, we can say that this was the best home we have ever rented. It's a shame we didn't discover it sooner.The entire house was spotless and immaculate and inviting upon our arrival. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The outdoor facilities were our highlight: the pool and hot tub were both wonderful, and thanks to the excellent pool heating, we were able to enjoy a pleasant swim or relax in the hot tub every day. The management team is first-class, and we appreciated their understanding and flexibility regarding our check-out time. In addition, communication with the owner was excellent. We were very impressed with the house and neighborhood, we felt very welcome and safe. The amount of rooms was more than enough for our family of 3 young children, having the pool heated was definitely worth it if you’re in consideration.
