We did have an issue with the pool being shaded all day and the pool filter was extremely loud it was annoying especially since it ran from early morning until 9 at night! It was only surface clean until you see the corners. It was dirty. 5\. Heating the pool at $50 a day is ridiculous. 6\. Light switches were broken and bulbs burnt out so some lights didn't work at all. 7\. Pool lights didnt work and either did the spa jets work. 8.Pool table unuseable due to rubber bumpers are not attached to table and corner pocket broken. It seemed clean. There were some things that could use improvement but none that affected our visit. The patio door to the pool was very difficult to open and close. We looked at it and decided to clean the track and put some oil on it. Worked like magic! The couple of things for which we called were addressed almost immediately. The property had sufficient supply of towels, dishes, cookware. The gas grill was a nice feature, but have a lighter. The electronic ignition worked, but the burners might need cleaned. We chose not to heat the pool, but might rethink that next time. The kids didn't care, though! Proximity to the parks, stores and restaurants was very good. Everything you need is within 10 minutes and Disney parks were easy to get to within 20 minutes... maybe 30 with traffic, but we were here at a peak time. ##### Nancy C. The safety fence to the pool was not up when we got there (5000.00 fine or 1 year in jail as for breaking this law). We ensured it was up when we left. The pool and the outdoor patio set was very dirty and had not been cleaned. The bed/pillows were "well used" and uncomfortable. The comforter in the King bedroom smelled like body sweat and in no way was washed prior to use given your increased cleaning standards. Moulding around the shower stall near the kitchen was coming off and water leaked all over the floor when I used it. I selected this rental as it had positive reviews. Unfortunately the pool was freezing and was being topped up with water when we got there. I was goi g to order heat but given the temperature outside the heater wouldn't have come on (as per the information we received about it in The rental agreement. We were unable to use it because it was fridgid cold. Just thought I'd let's you know so you can share the feedback with the owners... especially during a time when disinfecting and cleaning are at an utmost importance given health issues for vulnerable people.
