The Lounge Area is fabulous, very plush and extremely elegant, designed with a classic Nautical colour scheme, its stylish comfortable seating and a flat screen television will make it the ultimate place to gather and watch a film or catch up on the latest game after a busy day out at one of the many Orlando attractions. Sitting Room/Office There is a 2nd sitting room downstairs, which is the perfect place to retreat with a book, or if you do need to catch up with some work or studying there is a handy desk for you to use. There is a 2nd TV Room / Loft Area upstairs that also includes another flat screen television, plenty of comfortable seating and is a great place for entertaining the children or if the ultimate game clashes with a must-see movie. The Kitchen is quality high end and has everything you will need to keep your guests happy, from a quick breakfast or lunch which you can enjoy at the elegant and very comfortable open plan breakfast bar whilst still conversing with the family while preparing a meal. Overall happy but a few minor annoyances. The property manager was great, responded right away. The pool/spa heat is tricky. It says to a max of 85 degrees but that's not great for the hot tub. The view of the snow and trees from the front windows can’t be beat. All of the mattresses are memory foam and super comfortable. The kitchen is very well/stocked (enough to prepare an entire turkey dinner!). We were there for the holidays, and there was special care made to have a decorated tree, front door wreaths and mantle decor to make things extra jolly. There were even snow shovels and extra sleds at the ready! The owners left a sweet welcome basket with goodies and were ultra communicative about check in procedures and timing. Check out instructions were clear and minimal. We just had the most wonderful vacation and would 100% return to this beautiful home! ##### Emily R. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Having a ton of snow on the ground was a special treat…the kids had so much fun sledding, etc. Sean and Bri were great hosts, and were very responsive to the few minor questions we had. My family and 2 friends really enjoyed ourselves at Timber Retreat. That back patio, with a fire pit and hot tub, was a great place to relax in the evening and night. Multiple nights we saw herds of deer and elk graze along Prospector course, hole 11, which the house overlooks. The kitchen is top notch, and along with the gas grill outside, offered everything we needed to cook dinner. We enjoyed the game room (converted garage) with ping pong, pop-a-shot and foosball. Lots of fun there. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. During the say, lots of trails to walk around Suncadia, and Sunday there was a farmer's market. ##### Patrick O.
