Come and relax in luxury at this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property, with private pool, on the walled community of Highland Meadows.

A rural location enhanced by lemon and orange groves, yet only 5 minutes south of the Interstate 4, and just off highway 27 so you have easy access to the Disney theme parks and other central Florida attractions.

And if the theme parks get too much, take some time out to chill on the beach. It is only 40 minutes to the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.

The villa offers open plan living at it’s best with it’s fantastic social design. Room for the whole family to relax and dine together, yet with plenty of choice if you want to find your own quiet spot to read a book or listen to music.

The villa sleeps up to 10 in comfort with 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities plus a fourth family bathroom means there’s no queues before an early start to the parks! One of the ensuite bedrooms is located on the ground floor making this villa ideal if you have guests with restricted mobility in the party. All this backing onto a private South West facing pool deck with open views to the meadows behind.

Facilities

Kitchen & Utility
Large, fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All cutlery and crockery provided. It really has everything you could wish for to make it your home from home.

Grab a snack at the breakfast bar with stools or pull up a seat at the casual dining table looking out to pool deck. There is use of a large automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Also for your use is an iron and ironing board.

Dining Room

There is a formal dining room where you can eat a delicious home cooked meal or perhaps a take out order you picked up on the way home from a great day out.

Lounge

The dining room leads off into the “great room” in this wonderful open plan, airy design living room.
There is also a comfortable open plan lounge where you can enjoy some relaxation time after a busy day at the parks and is adjacent to the kitchen. It has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. This room is the ideal place to relax and catch up with your favourite TV show if you wish. Or turn off the TV and enjoy music and board games with the family.

Loft Area

Upstairs there is a superb loft area with a large TV with seating area which adds another relaxing place for your enjoyment.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom – The beautifully furnished master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, including large bath and walk-in shower. There is a flatscreen TV, hairdryer, nightstands and walk-in dressing room.

Queen with ensuite – This en-suite queen bedroom is located on the first floor of the property and has built-in wardrobe, TV, nightstands and is elegantly furnished. The En-suite bathroom has overbath shower, vanity unit and WC.

Twin Bedrooms x2 – Both twin rooms are located on the first floor. The first has a built-in wardrobe, nightstand and TV. The second Twin bedroom has built-in wardrobe, TV & nightstand. These rooms share the family bathroom.

Ground floor Queen ensuite Bedroom – This tastefully decorated Queen bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, nightstands, TV and is furnished to a high standard. With it’s own ensuite facilities it is an ideal solution if you guests with restricted mobility in your party.

Games Room – The large games room will provide hours of fun for the young and young at heart, in there is a pool table, air hockey, foosball table and dart board.

Pool and Lanai

The Sun drenched South West facing pool will be a hit with all the family and is also not overlooked at the rear. Cool off with a dip in the refreshing pool. A safety fence is also provided if you have younger children along with you. The pool deck is equipped with upgraded pool furniture for your comfort. The lanai provides some shade from the hot Florida sun as well as the ideal place for some al fresco dining.

Location

The villa is located centrally for all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The ever popular theme parks of Disney World are just 20 minutes away and the theme parks or Universal and Sea World are just a little further 30 minutes away. It is close to many shops and restaurants giving a great choice of dining locations. All tastes are catered for whether it be a fast food choice or fine dining, all are not too far away. The beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.

*Pool/Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $30 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
