I would like to start off by saying that this hotel is certainly NOT the worst that I've stayed in. The hotel was safe with a guard outside at all times. They hotel staff was very professional with smiles and hellos at all times. The hotel room was cleaned everyday with fresh linens and towels. The hotel is near the Davao municipal hall and a large cathedral but located on a very very busy street. Watch your pockets! Pick pockets abound. The internet is very unreliable and of the three weeks that I stayed at the hotel it only worked well on the week ends. The hotel offers about 10 wireless networks, and seldom did any of them actually connect, even when going downstairs. The shower offers warm water. Many hotels in the area offer a complementary breakfast but this one does not. They offer toast and jelly for 75 pesos (and that's pretty pricy). The location is nice and is a simple 5-10 minute jeepney ride from the Ecoland Bus terminal and several malls. There is a Jolleybee and a Chow King near by and several grocery stores. Overall I give the hotel a 3 out of 5.
