Seafari is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf-side cottage on Dauphin Island's Gulf of Mexico beach. This cozy beach home is just a few hundred feet from the water, with no busy streets to cross. Very quiet area. No crowds. This beautiful beach home has a partial gulf view. This home is pet-friendly (by prior written arrangement) and will accommodate up to six persons. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins and 1 double bed. The house has plenty of deck space to enjoy the sun and a lower covered deck to relax out of the sun As with all of our Dauphin Island homes, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is here. 1\. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25 and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2\. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3\. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4\. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5\. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6\. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. 7\. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8\. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night. 9\. The only drawback was having to walk behind the house and through the middle of all the houses in front of us in the sand to get to the beach. The 2 houses at the end of the road have blocked off beach entry from the road. It was annoying and there are a lot of sand spurs. So have shoes you can walk in sand. The home was clean, well stocked and just a few steps from the beach access point. It’s also just a couple blocks from many of the shops and restaurants on the island. If you’re staying here, you do not need to bring or purchase any beach supplies. This home has it all - sand toys, chairs, umbrella, and even a fishing rod. The house had great AC, was tastefully decorated, had comfy beds and sofas, and just overall a great place to stay.
