We had a few hiccups (expected) but the communication and rapid response was on point, we didn’t miss a beat. My 2 y/o grandson practically lived in the heated pool so the “lockable” gates on the deck were a Godsend when he was forced to get out to sleep…they took away all of the worry about him sneaking out the doors to get back in for more water time. The kitchen was stocked with ANYTHING you could ever need, two coffee pots (Kerig and regular), and towels GALORE! When I booked, I was a little worried about the other homes being so close, but it made absolutely no difference at all. It was very relaxing and quiet. Very clean, updated home with plenty of space for us to spread out. My daughter ‘accidentally’ got her SUV stuck in the sand (driving where she shouldn’t have) and while my husband was gone to the store to buy a tow rope, a guy from the property management team knocked on our door and promptly got her unstuck….extra brownie points there!The elevator was great, especially when loading and unloading, and very easy to use. We had a fabulous time! The only thing I would warn you about is, don’t just go for the weekend…we stayed a week and it just wasn’t long enough. you will be disappointed that you didn’t book for longer and WILL wish you had “just a few more days” there.
