Nestled in a gated beachfront community, this stunning home offers a pool, tennis courts, and a private beach. Surrounded by trees and just steps from white sandy beaches, it's the perfect retreat for relaxation and tranquility. Amenities: Beach: Enjoy a private mile-long beach, pool, and tennis court, just a 2-minute walk from the house. We provide a beach cart, chairs, and toys for your convenience. Home: This custom-built home boasts upscale finishes and appliances. The elevated single-story design includes a large covered deck and an expansive outdoor area with a bar, perfect for entertaining. Wildlife: Located near the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, you'll have the chance to see foxes, ospreys, pelicans, and even Bald Eagles. Outdoor Space: With 1500 sq. ft. of covered exterior space, you'll find multiple seating areas, a bar, grill, hammock, and stunning views of the gulf. I just feel that the description is bit deceptive. The outdoor bar area and tables were in need of some cleaning and beach chairs they provide were rusted. Also, the house is listed as pet friendly but sticker brush growing in yard made it hard for potty breaks and several times I had to pull these stickers out of my dogs paws. The most frustrating though was the rather long walk to area where you can access the beach and pool. We ended up needing to rent a golf cart for the week to help with carrying coolers, chairs, etc as personal vehicles are not allowed to park there. Overall though we had a great time and the inside of home is very nice and the community pool is wonderful. Just know that you will not have any real views of water and there is quite a bit of walking to get to beach. ##### Ruth F. The HOA will not allow the umbrella company in the community (Desoto Landing). The first house on the beach has owners who hate renters-she told me to my face. The HOA makes you walk past about 12 houses to get to the beach because they want you to enter the beach by the neighborhood entrance. If you try to cut through (4 houses down) then the front yellow house will confront you. Not my idea of a vacation…. ##### Brenda S.
