### Modern Townhouse w/ Private Parking, Dartmouth

Summary:  
Experience the charm of a traditional fishing village at Seven Bells, Dartmouth. Situated on a quiet street, it features relaxing coastal-style furnishings & sleeps up to 7 guests. Find 2 double rooms, one with an ensuite, and a bunkbed room with a pullout bed.. There’s an additional family bathroom. Enjoy the open-plan kitchen & dining area, well-equipped with Smeg appliances. Outside, relax in the terrace garden with seating. Private parking for one vehicle included.  
  
The Space:  
Seven Bells is designed with comfort and convenience in mind and is well-equipped with everything you should need for your stay. The kitchen features a full range of Smeg appliances as well as a coffee machine, blender and microwave. You'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer here. When it comes to entertainment, the house has a smart TV with complimentary Sky and Sky Sports. There is also a good selection of books and games. Outside, you'll find a gas BBQ and seating on the terrace (The BBQ is available for use from April to October).  
  
So whether it's rain or shine, you'll surely find something to do!

The Neighborhood:  
Dartmouth is a picturesque town on the River Dart in Devon. Explore Dartmouth Castle, a historic fortress offering stunning views of the estuary. Stroll along the scenic Embankment and enjoy the bustling harbour with its charming shops and cafes. Visit the Britannia Royal Naval College, a striking landmark. Take a boat trip along the river or venture to nearby beaches like Blackpool Sands. Wander through the historic streets to find art galleries and unique boutiques. Savour fresh seafood at local restaurants and experience the town’s vibrant festivals and regattas. Dartmouth promises a delightful mix of history, culture, and natural beauty.  
  
Getting Around:  
Due to the remote nature of Devon, a car is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. There is private parking for one vehicle for your convenience. Additional free parking can be found in the surrounding streets, and there is also a paid car park around 10 minutes walk away.   
  
If you are travelling by train, the nearest station is in Totnes. It's about a half an hour drive from the property and taxis are available in the town.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The townhouse is split over 3 levels accessed by stairs. It therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.  
  
The BBQ is available for use from April to October.

#### Great Location for stay in Dartmouth

Lovely townhouse, immaculately clean and very well presented over 2 floors Well equipped modern kitchen with quality appliances. Luxury towels and bathrobes are a very nice touch. Although the house itself is accessed via steps, it is in a perfect location being just a few minutes flat walk from the centre of the town which has many bespoke shops, cafes and bars and the riverbank is very picturesque. Would definitely choose it again.
