« I booked this place as a surprise anniversary get away. We loved our stay here. We enjoyed staying in watching The Lord of the Rings right next to the beautiful hobbit door! We also enjoyed venturing out to some great State Parks: Less than 10 minutes from Lake Dardanelle and about 45 min from Petit Jean. The Hobbit House also seemed like it would be a great getaway for a family or friends who love Tolkien. Kitchen is great if you want to cook your own meals and the couches and bed are comfy....

« We were a group of six adults on our annual motorcycle trip. This house served all of our needs separate bedrooms the 2 1/2 baths were great. Location was beautiful with lake Dardenelle in the backyard. There was extra toilet paper and paper towels. There was laundry soap provided, and dryer sheets. Plenty of towels. Icemaker was awesome. The only thing keeping me from giving it a five star overall was just a few up keeps the drawer in the refrigerator was broken. The dishwasher soap latch...

« This place was perfect for us. We came for the eclipse and stayed for Arkansas. The property is exactly as described, a charming farmhouse with some great parks nearby. « The location is conveniently close to the state park and it's a very short drive to access the trails and visitor's center. However, the cottage has a musty smell and the burners on the stove were warped to the point that we had trouble cooking our food. We also had some issues with the AC unit in the bedroom. »

« Gated community, check. Luxurious bedding, check. Modern thoroughly equipped kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, check. No worries because of our host, double check. Our group was fortunate to have found the perfect place for our “Eclipse Watch Party.” Our host quickly responded to any requests/questions before and during our stay. Our location could not be beat, the area convenient, lovely and quiet. I highly recommend this location. »
