While the staff was friendly, their warmth couldn't mask the many issues plaguing this establishment. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the hotel was in a state of neglect. My room had stains on the walls, filthy carpets, and unclean lampshades. The mirrors were smudged, and even the bathroom hardware showed signs of wear and tear. It was disheartening to see such a lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. To make matters worse, the place was infested with roaches, which made my stay even more uncomfortable. The noise from neighboring guests added to the disturbances. At 5:55 A.M. on my first morning, dogs in room 28 began to whine incessantly, missing their owners. Their cries went on for three hours, preventing any chance of returning to sleep. When I approached the manager, he assured me he would address the issue. The following night, my key card stopped working. Each time I left my room, I had to return to the front desk for assistance, which was incredibly frustrating. Just when I hoped to rest, I was again awoken at 5:55 A.M. by barking dogs. While the receptionist acknowledged the manager should have handled these issues, he could only offer me another hot room for the remaining hour before checkout. Overall, my experience was disastrous, and I advise others to explore different accommodations.
