Was not disappointed. Quiet location, clean room and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Had a kitchenette in the room but did not use as only stayed 1 night. Breakfast didn't have a wide variety of options but tasted nice. Not particularly close to the city center but we knew that when booking. The walk took us about 45-50 minutes. Would definitely stay again if visiting Arena Wien in Vienna. The hotel is in a great location. The staff, namely Sophie and Gabor were professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Reception arranged both our transfers. Even though we had an hours delay and then spent 75 mins queuing for passport control on a Saturday morning the taxi driver was still there waiting for us! Bathroom shower area could do with a bit more privacy but I would stay here again."
