« Beautiful and convenient location to walk to the beach, Margaritaville and restaurants. The bay in the back was the highlight, just to sit there and watch the beautiful sunset. Thanks to Kaleb, the property manager for outstanding service and communication. »

« The place was very quaint and updated. Sofa was very uncomfortable, it sank in when you sat on it. I am 200 pounds so expected the sofa to be able to hold my wait without sinking in. »

« Great location, clean place and fantastic view. We were on 2 weeks family vacation and everyone had a good time. This place made it happen as we mostly stayed in the area relaxing by the pool and beach. Easy access, clean and building staffs we great. The location is fantastic, short walk to shopping mall, restaurants and short drive to airport. Thank you to the owner and we will see you soon. »

« Overall very good stay South beach is very expansive so you will want a functional kitchen to make it through with a family. The amenities are clean and new. The place is not luxurious but clean enough and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Easy access , easy communication with the owner. It’s not a 5 stars hotel but it’s a very decent home away from home. I recommend it. »

« It wasn't bad. The view of the pool and beach of the location were incredible and definitely exceeded my expectations but the sheets were full of stains and everything was super outdated/old, like falling apart and rusty old . However south beach and Calle ocho were a short drive away and the beach was 10 steps away. For the price I paid, I'm not upset for what I got! »

« The overall stay was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that we tried getting in contact with the owner of the apartment and he never responded. The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. No one came to give us new towels, throw garbage etc etc.. we had to do cleaning service ourselves, throw away our own garbage and keep having to wash the towels. Tout était parfait, situé a 4km - moins de la plage de Dania Beach, situé a 15 minutes des centre d’intérêt tel que miami,aeroprt etc…le personnel est attentionné et gentil, étant un hébergement style condo vous pouvez en tout temps demander a faire changer les serviettes ou si vous manquez de quelques choses ils se feront un plaisir de répondre a votre demande.
