### Domaine de Larmor - Maison contemporaine proche plages

Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming contemporary house in Damgan, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, covering 180 m² and accommodating up to 12 travellers. It features a lovely, bright 50 m² living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, six bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's also a 350 m² garden with furniture for summer evenings. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 50 m² living room with TV  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Six bedrooms with 6 double beds (140×190)  
\- Two bathrooms with shower and bath  
\- Two separate WCs  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A beautiful 350 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Damgan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
